Hi dears. “Soul-Soothing exercise”, did that ever cross your mind! Well, let me tell you that this can be done through Art. As I’ve mentioned on my previous blog, “The Journey Begins”, art is more like a therapy where colours, patterns and doodles melt away stress.
Painting through the soul eventually becomes a holistic healing for the body and the mind. Folks, personally I believe that the Body, Mind and Soul are connected to each other and that soul painting is a must in a lifetime. It is an adventure into a creative procedure that will develop your comprehension and association with yourself and your inner child.
No need to worry, painting through the soul does not demand for any art skills, not even the basics. You just have to let you go! Paint can even be applied with the fingers, play with different colours, create your own effects and Yes, don’t forget to get messy. Trust me, this will relax and soothe your soul.
